Quoted prices do not include taxes, fees, cleaning charges, security deposits, utility charges, or other applicable charges unless specifically stated.

All payments must be made using approved payment methods.

Returned payments, chargebacks, reversed transactions, or fraudulent payment activity may result in cancellation of the reservation, termination of tenancy where legally permitted, collection activity, and additional fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are governed by the applicable cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

Direct bookings may be subject to a Zero Cancellation Policy.

Reservations made through third-party booking platforms are governed by the cancellation policy selected on that platform at the time of booking.
